Programme:
After a short introduction, you will be introduced to the technique and handling of the stand-up. This starts with a short theory followed by some small exercises on land.
Then it's straight onto the water. We take our time to get a feel for the board. Moving forwards, turns and stops are practised. If that goes well, we really get going
Workout time - now we start with various fitness exercises on the SUP so that we can complete a workout together.
