The business development department is a partner for companies and the direct contact in the city administration
As a central point of contact, it offers a customer-orientated service for investors and companies who require initial information and advice on questions and problems. The department supports companies that regularly have to deal with a large number of authorisation and planning authorities, some of which have different objectives, particularly in the case of major investment projects in Radebeul.
The Economic Development Department reports directly to the First Mayor, Dr Müller.
The Economic Development Department
- advises on the planning, realisation and financing of investment projects
- provides competent contacts in the relevant administration
- guides investors and companies through the authorities on an interdepartmental basis
- speeds up long processing times and complex authorisation procedures
- Mediates between negotiating partners in difficult situations
