A basic bouldering course is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of bouldering, learn basic skills and techniques - and get to know other people or bouldering partners at the same time.
The course provides an introduction and basics that are important to progress in bouldering. In 5 sessions we cover safety and falling, gripping, kicking, energy-efficient climbing, techniques in the overhang and special boulders.
