Safety instructions

To ensure that the event is a joyful and untroubled experience for all visitors, participants and residents, we ask you to observe and comply with the following rules:

• Participation in the events and entry to the event site is at your own risk. Leaving the paths and areas belonging to the festival site is at your own risk.
• Children under the age of 10 may only enter the festival grounds if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are liable for their children. The organiser is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the organiser or its vicarious agents, not in cases of force majeure. Liability extends only to the area of the festival site.
• In order to maintain order and safety on the event site, the instructions of the city as organiser and the persons employed by it must be followed immediately.
• When crossing narrow-gauge railway crossings, the railway's signal signs must be observed.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the festival site and must wear a muzzle.
• Riding and leading horses in the festival area is not permitted during the event. Exceptions to this are regulated by contract.
• The carrying and use of firearms, cutting and thrusting weapons, ammunition and projectiles within the meaning of the Weapons Act and pyrotechnic objects within the meaning of the Explosives Act is not permitted. This also applies to alarm weapons. Weapons and similar objects carried/used without authorisation may be confiscated by the organiser or persons authorised by the organiser.
• It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, bottles, cups, jugs or cans made of fragile, splintering or particularly hard material onto the festival grounds.
• It is an offence to deliberately or negligently violate any of the provisions of the police regulations issued for the event from 10-12 May 2024.
