- Family tickets are valid for a maximum of 2 adults and all associated children entitled to a discount.
- Children up to the age of 6 are admitted free of charge.
- Visitors aged 7 to 18 and - on presentation of ID - school pupils, students, trainees and severely disabled persons are entitled to a discount
- Holders of the Radebeul Pass receive a 50% discount on advance tickets at the Radebeul Tourist Information Centre.
