The Beyer winery is located in the centre of the picturesque Unstrut landscape. Complexity, elegance and depth characterise the wines of the young winemaker Johannes Beyer. The white wines are bottled as early as possible in order to preserve the natural freshness from fermentation. The red wines are fermented in open vats and then stored in wooden barrels.
