Safety instructions

Dear visitors to the Autumn and Wine Festival,

The Autumn and Wine Festival is a family festival in the district town of Radebeul. To ensure that the festival is a joyful and untroubled experience for all visitors, participants and residents, we ask you to observe and comply with the following rules:

• Participation in the events and entry to the event site is at your own risk. Leaving the paths and areas belonging to the festival grounds is at your own risk.
• Children under the age of 10 may only enter if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are liable for their children. The organiser is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the organiser or its vicarious agents, not in cases of force majeure. Liability extends only to the area of the festival grounds.
• In order to maintain order and safety on the event site, the instructions of the city as organiser and the persons employed by it must be followed immediately.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the festival site and must wear a muzzle.
• It is not permitted to carry or use firearms, cutting and thrusting weapons, ammunition and projectiles within the meaning of the Weapons Act or pyrotechnic objects within the meaning of the Explosives Act. This also applies to alarm weapons. Weapons and similar objects carried/used without authorisation may be confiscated by the organiser or persons authorised by the organiser.
• It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages as well as bottles, cups, jugs or cans made of fragile, splintering or particularly hard material.
• Any person who intentionally or negligently violates one of the regulations in § 2 para. 1 to 4 of the police regulations issued for the festival from 22 to 24 September 2023 shall be deemed to have committed an administrative offence within the meaning of § 17 SächsPolG.
