The two perfectionists Martin Schwarz and Grit Geißler lovingly and meticulously cultivate 2.2 hectares of steep vineyards along the Saxon Wine Route in Radebeul, Meißen, Diesbar-Seußlitz and Merbitz. In addition to almost 30-year-old Riesling and Traminer vines, French Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are also cultivated. Since 2013, the wines have been vinified in the company's own winery, Weinmanufaktur Meissen. The wines are matured in new and used wooden barrels with the aim of creating individual wines that impress with their complexity and finesse.
