The Jessener Land combines the rural idyll with the spirit of wine in an exquisite way. Family knowledge dating back to the 18th century characterises the long wine-growing tradition of the Hanke estate. The Hanke brothers began with plots of land on the "Gorrenberg". Between 1994 and 1999, a total area of 14 hectares was created. With six white and five red grape varieties, they offer a wide selection of the most popular German wines.
