Aid transport arrives in Ukrainian twin city

This year's fourth aid transport to the Ukrainian twin town of Obukhiv has arrived safely and can be unrolled today.
Together with the Kinderarche and the Rotary Club Radebeul, who collected and packed over 1000 "Christmas in a Shoebox" presents, 75 tablet PCs and 3 new interactive blackboards were sent on their journey to the twin town.
Due to long queues at the Polish border, the Ukrainian van took a very long time on both the outward and return journeys
"We are all the happier that all the gifts have now arrived in Obukhiv on time and can be distributed," says Mayor Bert Wendsche happily.
