The Drei Herren winery stands for the modern revitalisation of old traditions. This includes the revitalisation of centuries-old steep slopes, the restoration and preservation of the landscape by restoring dilapidated dry stone walls and the most careful cellar treatment of the wines without manipulative interventions. The grapes come from old, traditional vineyards. The wines are characterised by a typical triad of flavours consisting of effervescence, intense, delicate fruitiness and a distinct mineral note.
