With its administrative and office buildings erected in the 1970s, the Wasapark development area currently represents a foreign body in the urban area. The aim of the project-related development plan no. 71 is to replace this alien element with a new building adapted to its surroundings.
The entire property is owned by a private investor who has carried out the planning procedure for a project-related development plan with the city.
