Day of urban development on 11 May 2019
On Saturday, 11 May 2019, the Day of Urban Development took place across Germany for the fifth time in a row. The aim of the event is to familiarise the general public with projects that have been initiated and implemented with urban development funding.
Urban development funding has been used very successfully in Radebeul-Ost since 2003. This year's day of action should therefore be used to provide insights into the public buildings in the Radebeul-Ost redevelopment area, for example the council chamber in the historic town hall, the combined heat and power plant in the »old police station« as well as the tourist information centre in the Hauptstraße 12 building and the district library in the Radebeul Kultur-Bahnhof.
