The Donations Committee met on Wednesday 29 June 2022.
It was informed about the status of the disbursements of donations Ukraine and Obukhiv as of 27 June 2022.
Overview of donation disbursements up to 27/06/2022
In the subsequent Administration and Finance Committee, the resolutions discussed in advance by the Donations Committee were passed:
- Pension Bilzbad: The Donations Committee has already decided to cover the costs of accommodation in the Bilzbad until 15 July 2022 (SpA 03/22-19/24)16 days (16.07.22-31.07.22) x € 5.35 x 31 persons = € 2,653.6031 days (01.08.22-31.08.22) x € 5.35 x 31 persons = € 5,141.3530 days (01.09.22-30.09.22) x € 5.35 x 31 persons = € 4,975.50Decision:The Donations Committee confirms the payment of the pension costs for the accommodation of the children's group (plus accompanying adults) from Obuchiw in the Pension Bilzbad for the period from 16.07. to 30.09.2022 in the amount of EUR 12,770.45 from the donation income
- The Administration and Finance Committee decides to accept the donation paid in by the Evangelical Lutheran Church District of Dresden North. This is the result of the collection from the Ukraine aid benefit concert organised under the leadership of Ms Gioia Großmann on 9 April 2022 in the Luther Church € 4,175.60
