Demolition work is progressing steadily in the construction area. The carriageway surfacing, track system, catenary masts and stops have been removed. Sewer construction has begun at the same time. In addition, the northern pavement of Meißner Straße between Freiligrathstraße and Hauptstraße has been closed in order to carry out work to relocate the telecoms cables. In this context, it is necessary to close the Freiligrathstraße junction as construction progresses.
