5 different wines, cheese, mineral water and matching exclusive organic bread varieties presented by a bread sommelier from Saxony.
The wine tasting moderated by the winemaker includes 3 Saxon white wines, 1 white autumn and 1 red wine. You will experience an extraordinary flavour experience in the interplay of bread and wine. In addition to a presentation of the individual types of wine and bread, you will also gain an insight into the history of the Saxon wine-growing region, its specialities and interesting facts about bread and wine production. If you are interested in any of the dishes on our menu, please make a reservation before the tasting, as it is not possible to eat during the tasting.
