Since 2005, the Rößler family has been replanting the fallow vineyard behind the listed winegrower's house in Radebeul Zitzschewig. Today, fruity wines are once again maturing on the edge of the Lößnitz nature reserve. For their mulled wine, the family uses a dry base wine, which is given its characterful flavour by selected spices and a hint of star anise.
