New construction of a weekend home
The construction of a new weekend home can be exempt from planning permission under certain circumstances, but in most cases requires planning permission. The following table contains key data to differentiate between building projects that do not require a permit and those that do.

Important: In Radebeul there is currently no weekend site as defined by the Saxon Building Code. The construction of a weekend home is not permitted in most cases, especially in outdoor areas. In any case, please ask the town planning and building inspectorate whether your plot is suitable for the construction of a weekend home.
