Occasion and objective A local heating power centre (CHP) was installed in the single-storey part of the building on the east side in conjunction with Stadtwerke Elbtal. This supplies the town hall and school grounds. Technical rooms and a caretaker's workshop as well as a shower for cyclists are also located in this part of the building. In the two-storey part of the building on the west side, offices have been created which are let to Beteiligungsgesellschaft der Stadt Radebeul mbH.
