Occasion and objective | A local heating power centre (CHP) was installed in the single-storey part of the building on the east side in conjunction with Stadtwerke Elbtal. This supplies the town hall and school grounds. Technical rooms and a caretaker's workshop as well as a shower for cyclists are also located in this part of the building.
