On Sunday 28 August, the city council of Radebeul thanked the hosts who had taken in Ukrainian refugees.
In May, just over 500 refugees were living in Radebeul, mainly in private households. Around 140 residential units were used by just over 100 hosts. Without the helpfulness of people in hotels, guesthouses or private households, the city council would not have been able to provide accommodation for the refugees. No one in Radebeul had to be accommodated in a gymnasium or mass accommodation.
Mayor Bert Wendsche is grateful for the great willingness to help and the commitment: "You can rely on the people of Radebeul!"
The city council of Radebeul would therefore like to thank the hosts with the family-friendly theatre play "Pettersson and Findus" on the newly designed rock stage. Of course, the guests from Ukraine are also invited.
The Moritzburg Production School (Municipal Integration Coordinator) and Radebeul City Council will be welcoming a total of 200 guests to the Felsenbühnen on Sunday and are looking forward to a lovely, relaxed afternoon.
