Augustusweg construction project

From 21 May 2024, construction work will begin on the fundamental expansion of Augustusweg in two construction phases between August-Bebel-Straße and Augustusweg house no. 64d as well as Emil-Högg-Straße and Eduard-Bilz-Straße.
Both sections are being extended in parallel and will be fully closed. The sewer will be renewed, the drinking water, gas and electrical services modernised and, in the final stage, the traffic system will be newly constructed.
Completion of the construction project is scheduled for the end of November 2024.
The company HEF Flottmann Tiefbau GmbH from Wachau OT Lomnitz has been commissioned with the construction work.
The estimated construction costs for the share of the large district town of Radebeul amount to approx. 525,000 €.
