The city administration of Radebeul is opening up access for electronically signed and encrypted messages, currently still limited to administrative procedures relevant to the EU Services Directive. The following technical conditions apply to the transmission of such messages:
- The transmission or receipt of electronically signed and/or encrypted messages takes place exclusively via SMGW online mailboxes: https://www.e-mail.sachsen.de
- You can apply for access data and an online mailbox at Form for access data for an online mailbox
- Access is opened for the SMGW online mailbox address:
- The following file formats are processed by default: e.g: *.doc, *.txt, *.pdf, *.rtf etc.
- E-mails must not exceed a total size of 10 MB
- The transmission of qualified signed documents is permitted in compliance with the PKCS#7 standard.
- If a message cannot be processed, you will be informed by the recipient.
