The Drei Herren winery stands for the modern revitalisation of old traditions. This includes the revitalisation of centuries-old steep slopes, the recultivation and preservation of the landscape through the restoration of dilapidated dry stone walls and the careful treatment of the wines in the cellar without manipulative interventions. The grapes come from old, traditional vineyards. The wines are characterised by a typical triad of flavours consisting of effervescence, intense, delicate fruitiness and a distinct mineral note.
