New appointment allocation for registration for Ukrainians

In order to generate better coordination of appointments for the Residents' Registration Office, a separate appointment booking tool was created for the registration of Ukrainians.
This makes it possible to react more quickly to any changes in demand.
For all registrations where an interpreter is required, Wednesdays between 9.00 and 11.00 a.m. are still available. For this, it is mandatory to register via this >> new online appointment booking tool.
All appointments already booked remain valid!
If you already have your own translator when you register, you can book an appointment via the existing >> booking portal. Please note, however, that no translation assistance can be provided on site.
We hope to be able to optimise the processes through this separation. Nevertheless, there may be delays from time to time. We ask for your understanding!
