Training fair with partnership signing

10.06.2023

The 10th "Radebeul jobbt" event will take place on 17 June 20223, 9.00 - 12.00 at the Meißen-Radebeul Vocational School Centre, Straße des Friedens 58.

Last year, the event changed from an indoor to an outdoor event at the Meißen-Radebeul Vocational Training Centre for the first time. Both this new and fresh design and the scheduling shortly before the summer holidays give the event a new impetus after a forced break during the Corona period.

The event gives those still looking for an apprenticeship the opportunity to familiarise themselves directly with the offers from companies and institutions and find their apprenticeship.
For the younger age groups, the offers for internships and holiday work will play an important role in career orientation.

In addition, current job offers from companies in our city and region will be of interest to career starters, career changers and all job seekers.
The Meißen-Radebeul Vocational School Centre, the venue for the event, will also be presenting its training opportunities on this day, in particular training at the technical secondary school in Radebeul.

Almost 60 companies and institutions from Radebeul and the surrounding area have registered for the event and will be presenting their training, employment and internship opportunities as well as possible holiday activities. At the information stands, there will be the opportunity to talk directly to the company and find out about the career opportunities on offer. The exchange with trainees from the companies will be of particular interest.

School partnership

One of the highlights of the event will be the signing of the partnership agreement between all Radebeul schools and companies in our city for career guidance at around 10.00 am.

This project, which has been successfully initiated in Radebeul since 2015 by the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the city of Radebeul, with four schools and six companies, is now being continued by six schools and ten companies with specific career-orientation projects and initiatives in the interests of all Radebeul pupils and the companies involved.

People looking for training, further education or employment are invited to attend this event.
