Seven athletes from Radebeul are competing at the Special Olympics World Games 2023 in Berlin!
From 17 to 25 June 2023, the Special Olympics World Games will take place in Berlin under the motto #TogetherUnbeatable - and thus for the first time in Germany. Special Olympics Germany will host the largest delegation at the World Games.
The long-standing cooperation between Radebeul HV and the Anne Frank special school is once again bearing fruit. After the World Games in Abu Dhabi in 2019, with five Radebeul athletes, they are continuing on the road to success. Radebeul HV provides Lisa Matthes, Yvonne Streit, Angelina Dierjak, Rebecca Lösche and coach Sandra Gräbner (photo from left) for the German women's handball team. The Anne Frank special school delegates the bowlers with coach Katrin Sprechert and Waldemar Schrefer. We are all proud of what they have achieved and wish our Radebeul team all the best for the World Games.
