Demographically induced skills shortages and the advancing digitalisation of the world of work - two negative trends or just two sides of the same coin? If you think about the two phenomena together, the following picture could possibly emerge: Robots and algorithms are deliberately freeing up labour in one sector that is urgently needed in another. Does minus times minus equal plus? Digitalisation expert Dr Christian Papsdorf will discuss the conditions under which this can work in Saxony, or whether it is just a milquetoast calculation, together with Lord Mayor Bert Wendsche, the Head of Administration of the Elblandklinikum Radebeul André Gubsch and Rewe branch manager Michel Reimer on Monday, 22 May 2023, 6.30 pm at the Radebeul Kultur-Bahnhof.
The round table is a forum for open and constructive discussion. The city of Radebeul and the adult education centre for the district of Meißen cordially invite interested citizens to take part in the debate, contribute perspectives and ideas or simply listen in.
