Reading the water meter readings in December and January

In the period December 2022 and January 2023, all meter readings of the water meters within the Radebeul supply area will be determined by self-reading or radio reading. This reading forms the basis for the billing of water consumption from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
The analogue water meters and garden water sub-meters will be read by the customers themselves. The corresponding meter reading forms will be sent to you from the beginning of December 2022. We will also be happy to accept the scanned meter reading forms by email (see meter reading form for email address). You will also find a corresponding form on our >> website. Correct and rapid processing of the data is only possible if the data is transmitted using the meter reading card. We ask you to refrain from informal meter reading notifications.
If you are unable to read the water meter yourself, please contact the WSR on 0351 8301090. The staff will then arrange an appointment with you and take care of the meter reading for you. In the interest of regular billing, we ask that you submit an exact meter reading within the specified period.
Note: Only the meter readings of the main and garden water sub-meters are recorded; any existing sub-meters in rented flats are not relevant.
