Day of action "Day against violence against women"

Next week Thursday is once again the annual day of action "Day against violence against women".

That's why the Terre des Femmes flag "Live free without violence" and the Zonta International flag will once again be flying in front of the historic town hall in Radebeul from 23 November 2021. On Thursday 25 November 2021 at 9 a.m., Lord Mayor Bert Wendsche will raise the Zonta flag with representatives of Zonta. In addition, from 23 November to 3 December 2021, the company's own post will be stamped with a stamp drawing attention to the day of action.

On 25 November 2021 at 6.00 pm, mulled wine and a raffle for a good cause are planned at Weingut Haus Steinbach, Bennostraße 41, which will be illuminated in orange. The event supports the Radebeul women's and children's refuge.

The event "In love, engaged - beaten up" - discussion with representatives from the police, public prosecutor's office, state women's council, advice centres and a victim about violence against women as a social problem is expected to be postponed to the second week of April 2022. More detailed information will be provided in due course.
