On Monday, 18 May 2020, the Tourist Information Radebeul on Hauptstraße 12 will reopen for visitors.
Current opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm and Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
the usual services will be offered.
In accordance with the hygiene concept, the route through the premises is signposted. A maximum of five guests are allowed in the Tourist Information Centre at any one time.
The social distancing rule of 1.5 metres must be observed and face coverings must be worn.
The city guides will also be offering public tours again from June. The number of participants will be limited and advance booking by telephone is necessary.
Applications for refunds of event tickets already purchased can be submitted. Processing by the sales portals is currently still very slow. We ask for your patience.
