Life crises - an opportunity!
Perhaps you sometimes ask yourself why your life has gone the way it has and why life has demanded or expected so much of you. We don't always have the choice or opportunity to actively and consciously intervene in our life path and shape it the way we want it to be. In addition, there are influences on us and our life path that come from outside and which we cannot escape. Life crises can be a consequence of this. Life crises do not necessarily have to lead to a downward spiral. It is also possible to regain one's strength and potential and to emerge from the crisis stronger and looking to the future. The lecture aims to encourage people to take a more positive view of life crises and to recognise the opportunity for change or a new beginning. Perhaps this will help you to find your way back to your own strength.
