In the following tables you will find the most important key data to differentiate whether a garage, a carport or a parking space can be erected or must be authorised without a permit.
The sizes apply per property. The areas of all existing garages or carports added together must not exceed 50m².

Caution: In the case of properties that are located in an outdoor area, in a landscape or nature conservation area or in a listed building area, there may be more difficult conditions for construction or construction may not be possible.
In areas for which a development plan or project and development plan exists, there may also be different regulations for the construction of parking spaces, carports or garages.
