> Application for waiver of pre-emption rights

Applications for the waiver of pre-emption rights are submitted to the city of Radebeul by the notaries after the purchase contract has been notarised. The city of Radebeul examines the exercise of the pre-emptive right in accordance with §§ 24, 25 of the Building Code and § 17 para. 1, sentence 1, alternative 1 of the Saxon Monument Protection Act. Notaries should note that the Free State of Saxony has a right of first refusal for cultural monuments of supra-local importance. The State Office for Central Land Management Saxony is responsible for exercising the right of first refusal for the Free State of Saxony. Please send your applications in accordance with § 17 Para. 1, Sentence 1, Alternative 2 of the Saxon Monument Protection Act directly to the Saxon State Office for Centralised Land Management. The Great District Town of Radebeul cannot forward these applications, as the deadlines would be calculated accordingly.
