Justice of the Peace / Arbitration Board
The task of honorary justices of the peace (the official title of arbitrators in the Free State of Saxony) is to mediate and arbitrate in disputes and to provide assistance in resolving conflicts. These can be, for example, neighbourly disputes, insults, trespassing, threats, damage to property or similar.
During the consultation hours (the dates are published in the official gazette and on the Radebeul website), you will receive free advice without prior appointment and the next steps will be discussed. Should additional discussions with the conflicting parties or a mediation procedure become necessary, these will take place outside of consultation hours and will be arranged individually.
