Statutes on the formal definition of the redevelopment area "Centre and village centre of Radebeul-Ost"

Based on § 4 of the Municipal Code for the Free State of Saxony (SächsGemO) in the version published on 18 March 2003 (GVBl. p. 55, reported in GVBl. 2003, p. 159) last amended by Art. 2 G. z. Änd. d. SächsEigBG v. 26.06.2009 (GVBl. p. 323) and Section 142 of the German Building Code (BauGB) in the version published on 23 September 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2414), last amended by Article 1 of the Act of 11 June 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1548), the City Council adopted the following statutes at its meeting on 16 April 2014:

§1
Definition of the redevelopment area

There are urban development deficiencies in the area characterised in more detail below by the demarcation plan. This area is to be improved through urban redevelopment measures. The area of approx. 33.8 ha is redefined in accordance with the demarcation plan of STEG Stadtentwicklung GmbH on a scale of 1:1,250 dated 20 March 2014 (annex), formally designated as a redevelopment area and given the name "Centre and village centre Radebeul-Ost". The demarcation plan is an integral part of these bylaws.

Procedure

The redevelopment measure is carried out in accordance with the special redevelopment regulations of Sections 152 to 156a BauGB (comprehensive procedure).

Entry into force

The statutes shall enter into force on the day of their official publication. At the same time, the statutes on the formal definition of the redevelopment area "Centre and Village Centre Radebeul-Ost" (SR 43/02 - 99/04 of 19.06.2002, official announcement of 01.11.2003) shall cease to be in force. The resolution SR 54/13-09/14 of 27.11.2013 on the start of the preparatory investigations in accordance with Section 141 (3) BauGB for the extension of the formally designated redevelopment area Radebeul "Zentrum und Dorfkern Radebeul-Ost" is revoked.

With its publication in the official gazette in January 2015, the statutes came into force on 1 January 2015.
