Policy on the use of donations adopted

The Donations Committee took place yesterday evening. There, the "guideline for the administration and use of donations "emergency aid Ukraine and Obukhiv" was adopted as a working basis.
The guideline applies to the city administration and the City Council's temporary Donations Committee. It forms the basis for the way in which donations are handled in the context of emergency aid for Ukraine and Obukhiv due to the state of war.
Among other things, it regulates the authorisation of disbursements and the permissible purposes of disbursements.
