Anyone preparing and distributing food for the first time in a commercial setting must comply with the provisions of the Infection Protection Act. According to this law, new employees must undergo so-called hygiene training - also known as a health certificate. These training courses for the food and catering industry have been held as face-to-face events for many years.
An online procedure has now been developed that can be completed easily at the location of choice and is now offered on an internet platform. Appointments can be booked via the procedure within the next few days. The actual instruction lasts around 45 minutes and is offered in 19 languages. It concludes with the immediate retrieval of the training certificate.

In-person training: For citizens who do not have the opportunity to attend an online event, dates will continue to be announced at fixed times.
