Extensive timetable changes on the S-Bahn S1 and U28

Due to a sleeper replacement at Bad Schandau station scheduled at short notice, there will be extensive timetable changes on the S 1 and U 28 lines as early as next week from 17 April, 7.00 am to 21 April, 5.00 pm.
On the S 1 line, every second S-Bahn train between Pirna and Bad Schandau will be cancelled without rail replacement services (SEV). This affects all S-Bahn trains departing from Meißen Triebischtal at minute 17 between 4.17 am and 9.17 pm and all S-Bahn trains departing from Bad Schandau at minute 14 or 11 between 5.14 am and 9.14 pm. Customers are asked to switch to the other S-Bahn trains or use the RVSOE bus line 241 between Pirna station and Bad Schandau.
The U 28 line is cancelled between Bad Schandau and Sebnitz. For this section, a rail replacement service and a taxi shuttle service will be set up to connect Goßdorf-Kohlmühle. There will be changes to journey times between Sebnitz and Rumburk.
Due to the short notice, the changes are not available in the VVO journey planner until further notice.
