Cordial invitation to the forest park singing at Schwarzes Teich

On 11 June 2023, the Radebeul choirs are once again inviting you to the popular Waldparksingen. The Chorgemeinschaft Radebeul-Lindenau 1895 e. V., which is in charge of organising the event, the Lößnitzchor e.V. Radebeul, the Männerchor Radebeul e.V. "Liederkranz 1844", the male ensemble of the Lößnitzgymnasium "Osston" and the youth choirs LögyHarmony and Chor Crescendo will be taking part. The summer song programme will begin at 3 p.m. on Sunday in a beautiful natural setting, encouraging visitors to sing along. Refreshments will be provided.
Schwarzes Teich is located in the Radebeul-West forest park to the east of Moritzburger Straße and can be reached via Sonnenleite, Kiesgrubenweg.
Singing at Schwarzes Teich has a long tradition and is now taking place for the 101st time. The "Verschönerungsverein für die Lößnitz" (Lößnitz Beautification Association), which under its founding chairman Moritz Ziller developed the scenic charms of the Lößnitz from 1880 onwards and also laid out paths and benches in the forest park, had a special role to play in this context.
