Date announcements for school enrolments (school year 2023/24)

School enrolment 2023/2024 for Radebeul children (except Wahnsdorf)

Radebeul children who have reached the age of six by 30 June 2023 must be registered by their legal guardians for school attendance at a primary school in the relevant school district EAST or WEST.

Radebeul children who have reached the age of six by 30 September 2023 are considered to be of compulsory school age if they have been registered by their parents.

In exceptional cases, children can also be enrolled early if they have reached the required level of development.

Parents are requested to first enrol their children at a primary school in the relevant school district, even if an independent school is chosen.

Enrolment dates:

Tuesday, 13 September 2022 from 14.00 to 17.00
Wednesday, 14 September 2022 from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs

Please bring the following documents:
- Birth certificate of the child to be registered
- Identity card of the legal guardian(s)
- Copy of legal guardianship

Attendance of the child is not required for enrolment.

School enrolment 2023/24 for Radebeul children from Wahnsdorf

Radebeul children from the district of Wahnsdorf who have reached the age of six by 30 June 2023 must be registered by their legal guardians to attend school at Reichenberg Primary School, August-Bebel-Straße 65.

Radebeul children from the Wahnsdorf district who have reached the age of six by 30 September 2023 are considered to be of school age if they have been registered by their parents.

In exceptional cases, children can also be enrolled early if they have reached the required level of development.

Parents are requested to enrol their children at the relevant primary school first, even if an independent school is chosen.

Enrolment dates:

Monday, 12 September 2022 from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday, 14 September 2022 from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Please bring the following documents:
- Birth certificate of the child to be enrolled
- Identity card of the legal guardian(s)
- Copy of legal guardianship

It is not necessary for the child to attend the enrolment.
