Comments on the 1st overall update of the land use plan possible

Following an extensive technical examination of the topic, the preliminary draft for the 1st overall update of the land use plan is now available. Public involvement is important in order to obtain a wide range of feedback and information.

The main plan (old and new versions), the supplementary plans and the catalogue of amendments are available for public inspection at two locations in the Radebeul municipal administration until 30 September 2022:

• Technical Town Hall, ground floor, display case, Pestalozzistraße 8, 01445 Radebeul
• Heimatstube Kötzschenbroda/Amt für Kultur, Altkötzschenbroda 21, 01445 Radebeul

The general opening hours are Monday and Friday 9.00 to 12.00 and Tuesday and Thursday 9.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 18.00. Barrier-free participation is only possible in the Technical Town Hall. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the land use plan and the procedure at the Technical Town Hall at Pestalozzistrasse 8, Urban Planning Department, Dr Steinbusch, Room 1.22, telephone 0351 8311-956.

Anyone can inspect the preliminary draft for the 1st overall update of the land use plan, the associated catalogue of amendments and the supplementary plans during the exhibition period and submit comments and suggestions in writing to the Radebeul town council. Submissions can be made in person at the town council, via the town council's letterboxes and by post to the Große Kreisstadt Radebeul, Pestalozzistraße 6, 01445 Radebeul.

Participation cards for written participation are also available at both display locations.
