For the third time in a row since 2020, private and public gardens in Radebeul are opening their doors and transforming into open-air galleries. The event area stretches from Wahnsdorf to Serkowitz, from Naundorf to Radebeul-Ost. Around 100 artists, including 80 visual artists, are taking part in this year's event.

With 20 stations, new locations have also been added this summer alongside familiar ones: Garten Alberich, Garten und Weinberg JWD, Garten Villa Schiffner, Garten Dieter Großer. With one exception, all gardens and courtyards will be open on both days from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

Admission to all events is free on both days. Refreshments will be available at many locations. The musicians will be pleased to receive a donation in their hats.

We hope for dry weather (in case of heavy rain, the exhibitions and activities will not be able to take place).

Kunst geht in Gärten takes place as part of the Radebebeul LebensArt programme and is sponsored by the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony.

We can look forward to additional offers at the following locations: on 23 July, at 15.00, Action Painting with Klaus Liebscher will take place in the courtyard of the Stadtgalerie. Mr Beckert & Mr Lehmann will be performing in the JWD garden on both days at 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm. In the Queißer garden, young musicians will be playing at fixed times. In the Sobing garden there will be a reading with the artist on Sunday at 4.30 pm. A varied artistic programme with 29 participants from the visual arts awaits us in the old dairy. The Dresdner Gnadenchor will also be taking part for the third time. Travelling musicians will move from station to station and play handmade music. As last year, there will be an instruction system with flyers, posters and an orientation plan.
