Information from the residents' registration office

Once again this year, we would like to draw your attention to the possible transmission blocks in the population register.
The following transfer blocks can be entered in the population register:
- Objection to the transfer of data to religious organisations under public law to which my spouse / spouse / minor child, my parents (only if the applicant is a minor) belong - while I do not belong to them (§42 para. 3 sentence 2 Federal Registration Act (BMG))
- Objection to the provision of information about the registration data to parties, voter groups and other organisers of election proposals in connection with elections to parliamentary and municipal representative bodies (e.g. in state elections) or the use of the data for the sending of election advertising (§50 para. 5 in conjunction with §50 para. 1 BMG).
- Objection to the forwarding of data to the press, radio and other media for the purpose of publicising anniversaries (Section 50 (5) in conjunction with Section 50 (2) BMG).
- Objection to the forwarding of data to the press, radio and other media for the purpose of publishing marriage anniversaries (§50 Para. 5 in conjunction with §50 Para. 2 BMG).
- Objection to the publication of data in address books and similar reference works or the transfer of data to others for the purpose of publishing such works (§50 Para. 5 in conjunction with §50 Para. 3 BMG).
- Objection to the transfer of data to the Federal Office of Defence Administration (§36 para. 2 BMG). This only applies to persons who will turn 18 in the following year.
If an objection has already been lodged with the registration office against possible data transfers, this is valid until revoked, but only for the town of Radebeul. If you move to another municipality, you will have to apply for a new transfer block there.
