Restriction of city administration opening hours and closure of facilities

In order to cope with the Corona crisis, the Radebeul city administration is implementing the following measures to maintain the operation of the core administration:

From Wednesday, 18 March 2020, the following will be closed to visitors:

City library >> Information on returning media
City gallery, including local history centre
Observatory
Tourist Information >> Information on the return of event tickets
City Archive

All public events will be cancelled up to and including 20.4.2020.

From now on, personal contact with citizens will only be possible on Thursdays during the usual office hours (9.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 18.00).

All citizens are requested to deal with their matters and enquiries by telephone or e-mail if possible or to enquire about the necessity of a personal appearance and, if necessary, an appointment in advance by telephone.

Payments will be made by EC card, cash is currently no longer accepted.
