January 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration and extermination camp.
To mark the occasion, a commemorative event will take place on 27 January 2020 at 5.30 pm at the Radebeul Kultur-Bahnhof (Sidonienstraße).
Pupils from Lößnitzgymnasium Radebeul took part in a study trip to Oświęcim (Auschwitz) and intensively analysed the history of National Socialism and the Auschwitz concentration camp. In the process
many impressions and experiences, which will be presented at the event.
A silent commemoration will take place at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz at 4.30 pm.
There will also be an opportunity to lay flowers.
All interested citizens are cordially invited to attend.
