The work will begin on Monday, 23 September 2019 and is expected to last until December 2019.
The aim of the measure is to repair the asphalt pavement of the carriageway and renew the pavement in paving construction. As part of the project, the public lighting systems will be renewed or supplemented on behalf of WAB R+C.
The work requires the complete closure of Meiereiweg in the construction area. Pedestrian access is generally guaranteed. Access to the Bilzbad is possible from the west via Buchholzweg. There will only be restrictions here for the period of asphalt paving, which will be announced separately in advance.
The company STRABAG AG from Meißen has been commissioned to carry out the work. The construction costs for the entire project amount to around EUR 200,000.
