Early public participation in the preliminary draft of the project-related development plan no. 68 »Neubebauung Glasinvest«

The decision to draw up the project-related development plan no. 68 entitled "New Glasinvest development" was made on 21 September 2016 with resolution SR 56/16-14/19. The urban development committee
of the large district town of Radebeul, at its meeting on 4 December 2018, based on the submission InfoSEA 17/18-14/19 and its annexes, approved the information on the implementation of the early public participation for the preliminary draft of the project-related development plan no. 68 "Neubebauung Glasinvest" in accordance with Section 3 (1) i.V.m. § Section 4 of the German Building Code (BauGB).
Documents available at the Technical Town Hall until 8 February 2019
The preliminary draft documents for the project-related development plan no. 68, in the version dated 19 November 2018, will be on public display from 8 January 2019 to 8 February 2019 at the Radebeul City Council, Technical Town Hall, entrance area, display case, Pestalozzistrasse 8, 01445 Radebeul.
In accordance with Section 4 a (4) sentence 1 BauGB, the planning documents to be displayed will also be made available on the website of the city of Radebeul at http://www.radebeul.de and on the central state portal of the Free State of Saxony at http://www.radebeul.de.

Anyone can inspect the displayed preliminary draft documents for the project-related development plan and submit comments and suggestions in writing to the Radebeul city administration, Pestalozzistraße 6, 01445 Radebeul, during the display period or during office hours on Mondays and Fridays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and on Thursdays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and on Sundays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.00 to 12.00 and Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 18.00 with Mr Queißer, Room 1.10 (Technical Town Hall, I. floor) or a representative.
