- Promotion of school and youth exchange programmes
- Coordination centre for the town twinning committee Radebeul e.V. (SPKR e.V.)
- Maintaining and organising contacts between Radebeul schools, clubs and companies and the twin towns
- Support for the voluntary social exchange service between Radebeul and Obuchiw
- Cooperation with the association Initiative Christians for Europe (ICE Dresden e.V.)
