Tax amortisation
In the redevelopment area, it is possible to claim the increased tax deduction in accordance with Sections 7h, 10f and 11a of the Income Tax Act (EStG).
The prerequisite is a certificate from the city's redevelopment authority in accordance with the certification guidelines of the Saxon State Ministry of the Interior for the application of Sections 7h, 10f and 11a of the Income Tax Act dated 1 July 2016.
The certificate in turn requires a voluntary contractual agreement between the owner and the city in which the owner undertakes to carry out measures that serve to maintain, renovate and use their building/property in a functional manner.
Individual construction measures may not begin before this agreement has been concluded.
